The Triumph of Galatea by Rafael was painted in 1512. The painting is a fresco in the fabulous Villa Farnesina in Rome. When we visited the Villa Farnesina, it was hot, we had been walking for too long and the entire time I was lugging Leeloo in my arms. I was too cranky to appreciate the moment and need to go back.
Here's to triumphing! Leeloo barely cared but I think this is one of her best selfies. (see below)
