The Public Admission

 “We Never Forget” released a two-minute YouTube video attempting to portray Natacha Rambova as petty and vindictive because she took the time, years after Valentino's death, to collect the one dollar Valentino left her in his will. However, the document shared reveals she was only taking care of business to do her part in closing out the Valentino estate. But We Never Forget's video reveals something far more serious.

In the video, We Never Forget proudly displays a court receipt showing Rambova’s formal collection of the one dollar bequest. But here’s the problem—and the bombshell:

That receipt is filed under Case File #83678 – Rudolph Valentino's Probate Case File.

This is the exact case file that was stolen years ago from the Los Angeles Hall of Records. This document should by law be housed in the Los Angeles County Hall of Records. Did We Never Forget go to the Hall of Records and retrieve this document or a copy thereof? No, they did not.

Let me be perfectly clear:
It is impossible that this document was obtained through proper legal channels because that entire case file is missing.

So in a desperate attempt to discredit Natacha Rambova, something was accidentally confirmed which I’ve known—and said—for years: We Never Forget appears to be in possession of stolen archival materials from the Valentino estate file.

And now, it is public because We Never Forget posted the evidence.

So the question now becomes: How did We Never Forget obtain this document? An explanation is in order. 

For years, I have been accused by We Never Forget of forgery, of fabrication, of fraud. But now we see who’s really been playing fast and loose with the truth—and with the law.

This attempt to humiliate Natacha Rambova has backfired spectacularly in a move so brazen and sloppy, it becomes emblematic of everything We Never Forget has done: performative, cruel, and reckless. The video has proved my point better than I ever could. While accusing others of fabrication for years—yet here it is, posting stolen material as if it's their trophy.

There’s no walking that back. This is a public admission of possession of a stolen document, and in trying to shame and completely misrepresent Natacha Rambova, hard proof has been delivered of straight up wrongdoing.

The Data

I am getting ready to house the archive which consists of thirteen containers. I have legal custody of the Michael Morris archive which will be housed along with our archive. I will post the location here and bear in mind this is only, as Michael Morris called it... the "raw data". Most of the archive exists in hard drives. I am proud of the archive and am almost done organizing it all.

Everyone is Noticing - Worth a Repost

I just found these two little screenshot clips and had to share. Because while "they"... including Mr. Simon Constable, continue to mock us for not being mentioned on their cult-run forums, claiming it is because our books have no merit.. they do this (see below). Do they believe no one is noticing? I think it is obvious why our books do not get mentioned there. i.e.

I had to wonder when I read this.. what exactly do they fear? If our books were nothing but garbage as they tell people, then what is the big deal? And if someone told me not to read a book, I would buy it in a heart beat. 

This warning from this awful young man, passed to a forum follower... had to do with our publication of the English translation of the French Valentino biography by Jeanne DeRecqueville. Renato translated the book with my assistance and we felt it was important to make it available to an English speaking audience. Here is why.

For a long time "they", spearheaded by Mr. Simon Constable alleged that in DeRecqueville's book, there was proof Valentino lived his life as a closeted homosexual. I knew this was not included in the book and in fact DeRecqueville delved into the subject definitively proving Valentino was not gay. Why did I know that?

Because I read the book back in 2003. Michael Morris told me Ms. DeRecqueville's book was worth reading despite it being in French. I took his advice and I add the book has been used as a reference in every Valentino biography since DeRecqueville's publication. 

With Mr. Simon Constable spreading innuendo implying DeRecqueville wrote in support of the gay hoax,  it was then we felt a translation needed to happen to have the truth known about this publication.  

So Mr. Simon Constable was actually instrumental in having DeRecqueville's book out in English so people could fact check what he was saying. It was as simple as that. He was obviously not pleased being thus exposed and targets his fury at us by spreading more defamation and lies. 

My initial response would be to inform Mr. Simon Constable and his followers that we do not steal. 

And to translate a book is not "appropriating it for profit" and this is just Mr. Simon Constable implying through innuendo that we are disreputable people. 

And for the record, we bought the cover image which is cited thusly in the translation of the book:

Simon Constable's blatant smear of our good names online is defamation. I say this according to the definition provided to us by the judge who handed down the verdict in my victorious lawsuit v. David Bret.. and I would hope everyone reading sh*t like this about Renato and I from this group of cyber defamers...would be as furious as we are when we see it.  

I call Simon Constable out and ask him why he fears our books so very, very much that he would lie and defame us like this online? Makes me really... well not wonder.
